Full legal name; date of birth; nationality; Philippine government-issued identification document number and type (PhilSys, passport, driver's license, SSS, GSIS, or UMID); selfie photograph submitted for KYC verification; and username selected during registration.
Philippine mobile number (the primary Account identifier); email address if provided; and records of all communications between you and wwin's customer support team, including live chat transcripts.

IP address at time of login and gameplay; device type, operating system, and browser type; session duration and navigation patterns within the Platform; and geolocation data (country and region level) derived from IP address to ensure compliance with geographic restrictions.

Identity documents and selfie photographs submitted for KYC verification are processed by wwin's accredited KYC verification partner. This partner processes data strictly under wwin's instructions and is prohibited from using your data for any purpose beyond identity verification.
To facilitate gameplay, certain session data (Account identifier, game session token, and bet amount) is shared with licensed game providers including JILI Technology, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Fachai Gaming, and others. You have the right to request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose collected, where you withdraw consent (and no other legal basis applies), or where the data has been unlawfully processed. This right is subject to wwin's legal obligations to retain data under PAGCOR and AMLA requirements.
You have the right to object to processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes at any time, with immediate effect. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interest, subject to wwin's overriding legitimate grounds.
You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format where technically feasible. This applies to data you actively provided and which is processed by automated means.
If you believe wwin has violated your privacy rights under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines. The NPC's complaint procedures are available on their official website.
The wwin Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged twenty-one (21) years and above, in accordance with PAGCOR's minimum age requirements for online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines. wwin does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals below the age of twenty-one (21).
Where wwin discovers that personal data has been collected from an individual below the age of twenty-one (21) — whether through a misrepresentation made during registration or otherwise — wwin will immediately suspend the associated Account, retain transaction data as required by applicable law, return any unforfeited balance per the Terms & Conditions, and permanently delete all other personal data relating to that individual from its systems, except where retention is required by PAGCOR or AMLA obligations.
Parents or guardians who believe a minor has registered an Account with wwin are urged to contact wwin support immediately via live chat for prompt resolution.
wwin sends promotional messages, bonus notifications, and platform updates to Players who have provided marketing consent. Consent to marketing communications is requested at the time of Account registration and is entirely optional — declining does not affect your ability to use the Platform or claim any standard promotions available to all players.
Marketing messages are sent via SMS to your registered Philippine mobile number and/or via in-Platform notifications. The content of these messages relates exclusively to wwin's own products and services. wwin does not send marketing communications on behalf of third parties.
You may withdraw marketing consent at any time by updating your notification preferences within Account Settings, or by notifying wwin support via live chat. Withdrawal of marketing consent takes effect within forty-eight (48) hours. Please note that transactional messages — such as deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, and OTP codes — are not marketing communications and cannot be opted out of, as they are necessary for the operation of your Account.
Certain personal data processed by wwin may be transferred to, stored in, or processed by systems located outside the Republic of the Philippines, specifically in connection with game provider servers and cloud infrastructure. Such transfers occur where game providers' RNG systems or live streaming infrastructure are hosted in other jurisdictions.
Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, wwin ensures that the receiving party provides a level of data protection consistent with the Data Privacy Act of 2012. This is achieved through contractual data processing agreements that impose data protection obligations equivalent to those under Philippine law, and through selection of providers who operate within jurisdictions with adequate data protection frameworks recognized under applicable NPC guidelines.
Personal financial data, KYC documents, and full identity records are not transferred outside the Philippines except where required by AMLA reporting obligations to the AMLC.
wwin reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in applicable law, changes in PAGCOR or NPC requirements, changes in the Platform's data processing activities, or improvements to wwin's privacy practices.
Material changes to this Policy will be communicated to registered Players via SMS to their registered mobile number and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with at least fourteen (14) calendar days' advance notice before the new Policy takes effect, except where more immediate changes are required by law or regulatory direction.
The effective date at the top of this Policy will be updated with each revision. Previous versions of the Privacy Policy are available on request from the wwin Data Protection Officer. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of an updated Policy constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
