These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you," or "your") and wwin ("wwin," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the wwin online gaming platform available at wwin.lat. These Terms apply to all residents and users within the Republic of the Philippines. To create an Account and use the wwin Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:
wwin reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under the age of twenty-one (21) will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits refunded after deduction of any amounts wagered in accordance with applicable law.
Each player may hold only one (1) Account on the wwin Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using the same or different identity credentials, mobile numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and any other information requested by wwin for KYC purposes. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and undertake to update your details promptly if they change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. wwin will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, wwin is required by PAGCOR regulations to complete identity verification. You will be required to submit a clear, unobstructed photograph of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, GSIS ID, or UMID) and a matching selfie photograph. wwin may additionally request proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, or source of funds documentation in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements.
All transactions on the wwin Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). wwin does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not perform currency conversions.
wwin currently accepts deposits through the following channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, QR Ph, and 7-Eleven / EC Pay over-the-counter. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for all methods. Maximum deposit limits apply per method and may vary; current limits are displayed at the time of transaction.
GCash, Maya, and GrabPay deposits are credited to your wwin Account balance immediately upon confirmation. Bank transfers and QR Ph deposits are credited within 5 to 30 minutes depending on the processing time of the financial institution. Over-the-counter deposits may take up to one (1) hour to reflect. wwin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, financial institutions, or network outages.
Player funds deposited into wwin Accounts are maintained separately from wwin's operational funds in accordance with PAGCOR requirements. This segregation means that player balances are protected in the event of insolvency of the operating entity.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted by verified Account holders at any time via the wwin Account wallet section. All withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso to the Player's registered and verified payment method.
GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within ten (10) minutes under standard operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within thirty (30) to sixty (60) minutes during business hours. Withdrawals submitted during scheduled maintenance windows will be queued and processed upon system restoration.
wwin does not charge fees on standard withdrawal transactions. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may impose its own transaction fees, which are beyond wwin's control and for which wwin accepts no responsibility.
Accounts that remain inactive (no login activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) calendar months shall be deemed dormant. A monthly administrative maintenance fee shall be applied to dormant Account balances as specified in the current fee schedule published on the Platform. No maintenance fee shall reduce an Account balance below zero.
wwin offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, daily login rewards, cashback, referral bonuses, and limited-time seasonal promotions. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms.
Bonus Credit is not withdrawable. To convert Bonus Credit into withdrawable funds, the Player must complete the applicable wagering (turnover) requirement, which specifies the total monetary value of qualifying bets that must be placed. Wagering requirements and eligible games are stated in the specific promotion terms. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in forfeiture of remaining Bonus Credit.
wwin employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts' bonuses, low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, and coordinated multi-account play. Confirmed bonus abuse will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of bonus-derived winnings, and potential permanent ban from the Platform.
Promotional offers are intended for individual use only. One bonus per household, IP address, device, mobile number, or payment method applies unless wwin's promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. wwin reserves the right to withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
All games offered on the wwin Platform are operated under certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of Live Casino games, conducted by trained dealers following published game rules. The RNG systems used by wwin's game providers are independently tested and certified for fairness by recognized testing laboratories.
Once a game round is completed and a result is registered in wwin's system, that result is final and binding. Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays in accordance with industry standard gaming policy. If a technical malfunction affects a game round in progress, the stake will be refunded to the Player's Account.
Any form of collusion between Players, exploitation of software vulnerabilities, use of unauthorized software tools (including bots, automated betting scripts, or artificial intelligence tools), or any other conduct that seeks to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Players is strictly prohibited. wwin may suspend or permanently close any Account where such conduct is detected or reasonably suspected.
wwin's sportsbook covers PBA, NBA, UFC, international football, boxing, volleyball, and other sports markets. Sports betting is subject to the following general rules in addition to sport-specific rules published on the Platform.
Bets are only valid once confirmed by wwin's system and a bet ID is issued. wwin reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where a bet is placed based on information that constitutes an unfair advantage (insider knowledge), or where odds were published in error.
In the event an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport. Generally, if an event does not commence within twelve (12) hours of its scheduled start time, all bets will be voided and stakes returned to Players' Balances.
Live (in-play) bets are placed on events in progress. Delays between real-time action and the Platform's data feed may occur. wwin will not be held responsible for bets placed based on outdated information due to feed latency. Live odds are subject to suspension and change without notice based on event developments.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wwin Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension and/or permanent termination:
wwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where wwin has reasonable grounds to believe that any provision of these Terms has been breached, that fraudulent activity has occurred, or that the Account poses a risk to the Platform's integrity or compliance obligations.
Upon termination of an Account, any verified real-money Balance remaining after deduction of amounts owed to wwin (including amounts arising from fraudulent transactions or bonus abuse) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and compliance with AMLA reporting obligations.
Players may close their own Accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting wwin support via live chat. Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons should use the self-exclusion tools available within the Account settings panel, which take effect immediately upon activation.

wwin's collection, use, and storage of personal information is governed by the wwin Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
wwin complies with the Republic of the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Player data is processed for purposes including but not limited to Account management, KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, PAGCOR compliance reporting, and responsible gaming monitoring.

All content on the wwin Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, interface design, sound effects, video streams, and proprietary data, is owned by or licensed to wwin and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international treaties.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without the prior written consent of wwin. Any unauthorized use will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, wwin and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, game providers, and payment processors shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these Terms limits wwin's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Philippine consumer protection law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and wwin arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. For gaming-specific complaints, PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism may also be invoked in accordance with PAGCOR's published procedures.
wwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number registered to their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with reasonable advance notice except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory direction from PAGCOR.
Continued use of the wwin Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure prior to the amendment's effective date.
